Intensive Rehabilitation Packages

Intense rehab bristol neurophysio

Over the past few years research has consistently shown the benefits and results that can be achieved through intense levels of therapy and rehabilitation.

As the team has expanded we are able to offer far more intensive input than we have in the past, when and where this is needed.  This can be of huge benefit to our clients in the early stages of their rehabilitation, following a relapse or period of ill-health or sometimes as a boost to their regular input when they wish to work towards achieving a specific functional goal e.g. walking, upper limb rehabilitation or returning to sport.

We recognise that there is no "one size fits all" approach in neuro and therefore each rehabilitation package is tailored to the individual following a comprehensive assessment by one of our neuro-specialists.

We also recognise that delivering high-frequency and high-intensity specialist neuro-rehabilitation can have significant cost-complications to the individual so we work closely with our specially-trained personal trainers where possible to make the service more affordable to our clients.

If you would like to know more about this service then don't hesitate to get in touch and we can discuss your unique rehabilitation needs.

Some kind words

Our daughter’s renal failure means that she is delayed with standing and walking at 2 and half years of age. We first started seeing Jules a few months back for an intense block of physiotherapy to build the strength and skills needed for her to eventually stand and walk.  It was really important that the physiotherapist specialised in paediatrics and could work alongside the NHS physiotherapists we also see. Jules immediately put us at ease with her friendly and professional approach and has built a good, trusting relationship with our daughter.  She uses play as a way to get our daughter to engage with the therapy.  Our daughter has really enjoyed all her physio sessions to date and we have seen a notable improvement in her movement.  She has begun to pull herself up and can climb up small steps as well as shuffle down stairs in a controlled manner!
